    A new pair of trainers on a rainy morning. Favourite suede shoes on the way to work. Walking boots after a muddy weekend. British weather is rarely kind to footwear, but a little preparation can make those everyday journeys easier on the materials you want to keep looking good.
    NANO GO FOOTWEAR PROTECTOR is a water-based nano treatment containing nanosilver. It penetrates compatible leather and textile materials, forming a thin protective layer that helps repel water, oily substances and dirt. Rather than covering shoes with a visible finish, it is designed to preserve their natural appearance and breathability.
    By helping keep moisture and contamination closer to the surface, the treatment makes footwear easier to maintain. It is especially useful on clean, new shoes before their first outing, although well-cleaned, dry footwear can also benefit.

    How to Use

    1. Check the footwear manufacturer’s care instructions and test on a small, inconspicuous area. Do not use on patent leather.
    2. Make sure the shoes are thoroughly clean and completely dry before treatment.
    3. Shake well, then spray evenly onto the material, allowing the protective treatment to reach the fibres. Do not oversaturate.
    4. Where appropriate, gently distribute the product with a suitable clean sponge.
    5. Allow the footwear to dry fully in a well-ventilated area. Apply another even coat only if needed and after the first coat has dried.
    6. The treatment reaches approximately 75% activity after drying and full activity within 48 hours after drying. Protect the shoes from rain during this period.
    Reapply when water repellency noticeably decreases. Results depend on the material, how often the footwear is worn and the conditions encountered.

    Will the coating change the colour or texture of my shoes?

    How long should I wait before wearing my shoes?

    Allow the footwear to dry completely before wearing it. The coating starts working once dry and reaches its full protective effect within 48 hours after drying. For the best results, avoid exposing freshly treated shoes to rain during this period.

    Will FOOTWEAR PROTECTOR make my shoes completely waterproof?

    No. The coating helps repel water and reduces how easily moisture soaks into the material, but it does not make footwear completely waterproof. Water can still enter through seams, stitching or other unprotected areas, particularly in prolonged wet conditions.

    How often should I reapply the coating?

    There is no fixed interval. Protection depends on the footwear material, how often you wear your shoes and the conditions they are exposed to. When water stops beading on the surface as effectively, clean and dry the footwear before applying the coating again.

    Usage instructions
